Content & Social Media Specialist

About the role
As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for all content across social media, e-mail and graphic content. You must ensure that our visual identity is consistent and on-brand across all channels, while developing strategies and creating content that engages and converts. In addition, you will be responsible for Derma Space's influencer marketing. You will have a central role in building our brand and coordinating all efforts to ensure efficiency and results.
Your areas of responsibility
You will play a central role in our brand building journey through the production of the right content. Your primary tasks will be to:

Develop and implement an overall content strategy that supports the company's marketing goals across social media, email and graphic content.
Produce, curate and manage all content (images, videos, texts) for social media, e-mail marketing and other graphic materials.
Ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and channels (Both B2C and B2B).
Follow production from start to finish: idea development, production, editing and dissemination.
Work closely with our Performance Marketing agency to ensure a steady delivery of top-performing content.
Create and optimize e-mail content that captures the recipient's attention and creates conversions (copywriting and graphics).
Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust the content to achieve better results in collaboration with the Performance Marketing agency.
Manage influencer marketing and collaboration with external partners.
Produce content (images, videos, texts) for B2B partners and internal presentations.
Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools and technologies in social media.
Be responsible for growth of Derma Space's social media.

Who are you?
You are a creative person who has the ability to think a project through from start to finish. You are sharp behind the camera and have strong skills in post-production, both in terms of video and graphics. In addition, you have experience in producing content and text that not only catches attention, but also performs effectively across social media. You like to use yourself in content, and have no problem standing in front of the camera.
In addition:

You have a good understanding of social media advertising and how organic and paid content can play together.
You are detail-oriented, curious and proactive in your approach to work.
You can juggle several tasks at once and thrive in a creative but fast-paced work environment.
You are structured and can meet deadlines.
Experience with live shopping is a plus.
