COOK A' A LA CARTE / COOK A' A LA CARTE Your duties as an a la carte cook are to provide support to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef during their daily tasks, setting up, preparing dishes for serving and preparing the menu according to the Chef's standards and instructions, in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff. Necessary qualifications: Culinary school degree At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
