Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Culinary school graduate
Experience of at least 3 years in a corresponding position in 4* or 5* hotels or catering businesses
Knowledge and application of food management standards (ISO & HAACP Regulations)
Teamwork and cooperation
Duties:
Prepare and execute the menu according to the standards and instructions of the Executive Chef
Excellent knowledge of raw materials management
Adherence to dietary guidelines and hygiene rules
Proper management, use and storage of all department materials and equipment
Adherence to all department procedures and regulations
