HotelBrain Group, an independent company specializing in hotel management, consulting anddevelopment, is currently seeking to recruit for a managed hotel in MYKONOS, a professional for the position of Cook A', B', C' - Hotel Kitchen Mykonos (Code: COO - MYK) Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines. Qualifications Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 5 years in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant Good command of both English and Greek language is essential Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality Work under pressure Strong sense of responsibility Excellent communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department Perform recipes by following accurately Chef’s guidelines Cook food in a timely manner & ensure appealing plate presentation Monitor food stock and place orders Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Ensure excellent response to guests needs Attention to detail and quality of foods An attractive package of benefits is offered according to qualifications.
