You meticulously ensure the readiness of materials and functionality of equipment for daily menu preparations, specializing in hot dishes and meats. Your expertise includes meticulous monitoring of cooking parameters and hygiene standards, maintaining sterilized work surfaces and utilizing clean, appropriate utensils. Beyond your culinary duties, you supervise and mentor junior cooks, overseeing their development and ensuring adherence to kitchen protocols. You adeptly assume leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless kitchen operations. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with kitchen and warehouse teams, under the guidance of the FnB Manager, to uphold the highest standards of culinary quality and service. This position involves a seasonal contract. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Professional Qualifications & Skills: Culinary Expertise Accomplished professional with 3 years of Experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred) Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene regulations (HACCP) Physical Stamina and Mobility Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality Soft Skills Your personality is an asset.
