Βalancing on the edge of the Caldera, adjacent to Fira, the island's capital, Apeiron Blue offers unobstructed views of the deep blue Aegean, the majestic sunset and the wild volcanic islands of Santorini.Apeiron Blue is looking to recruit Cook A' / B' / C'Job responsibilities:Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent mannerSet up station with predetermined mise-en-place required for cooking and serviceKnowledge in using various kitchen equipmentAn emphasis on precision and advanced organizational skillsPractice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfactionCooperation with the rest of the culinary team and restaurant employeesHave knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitationΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα:Previous experience in a 5* Luxury Hotel is desirableA minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar positionAbility to read/follow recipes and instructions provided for executionGood knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standardsAbility to work fast and with accuracyGive emphasis on precisionHigh level of energy and ability to work under pressureAdvanced organizational and interpersonal skillsExcellent command of both Greek and English.
