The position: We are looking for an experienced cook for the dynamic kitchen team. As a cook you will have an essential role in maintaining our culinary level. You will work alongside talented chefs in a fast-paced environment, helping to create exceptional dishes that reflect Mediterranean cuisine. Duties Prepare, cook and present our dishes according to LPM standards and recipes You will take responsibility for a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring that preparation (mise en place) and cooking techniques are executed flawlessly. Cooperation with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs Adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen Qualifications Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, including traditional recipes and ingredients Be able to work effectively under pressure/busy shifts. Attention to detail and desire to create impressive and tasty dishes. Excellent communication skills Relevant degree or diploma in Culinary Arts will be appreciated.
