What’s Expected
Perform duties in accordance with official quality standards and operating procedures
Work and prepare in accordance with recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklists
Checking raw materials to ensure quality and reporting shortages
Checking and ensuring correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and reporting issues to management
Keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy
Ensuring that hygiene & safety rules are adhered to the kitchen area, as well as personal hygiene procedures
Requirements
Graduate of culinary school
Previous work experience in a similar position specializing in Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent knowledge of hygiene, safety and food management
