Team leader Duties Managing a group of 15-20 people (pickers, packers, loaders); Organization, management and supervision of the work process; Ensuring the accurate handling of storage procedures, monitoring health and safety standards, compliance and enforcement of work and fire safety rules Making recommendations for the development of storage processes; He is responsible for the optimization of the workforce and the proper use of the tools. Expectations Experience in direct management of employees; Relevant experience in a similar position; Basic or vocational education; Motivational skills, problem-solving skills; Assignment and supervision; Openness to changes; Ability to work in a team; Direct communication; User-level computer skills; 2-shift work schedule, commitment to weekend work.
