CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job Mission: Ensures the sale and delivery of finished products to meet the company's commercial objectives. Main duties and responsibilities: Manages orders from IKA customers, as well as their entry into the system: Monitors the status of invoices issued daily in order to meet payment deadlines for delivered goods; Responsible for the correct application of discounts (discounts) according to the commercial offer regarding the assortment, price and delivery conditions in order to correctly inform the customer; Provides information to potential customers regarding the delivery term for the requested product in order to expand the company's market; Archives and manages the documentation (delivered orders, month closings and stocks) for a clear picture of the activity carried out; Receives and centralizes product orders from customers for their launch in production or release from the related warehouse; Receives orders for the release of goods through compensation from the customer, validates the order data with the financial-accounting or supply office (as the case may be) and is responsible for the delivery of the compensated goods at the value entered in the order; tantica Provides information to customers who have issued orders regarding the method and time of picking up the products requested by them for the smooth running of the delivery activity;
