Day care manager/SFO manager wanted

Haastrup Friskole, Børnehave og Vuggestue is looking for a day-to-day manager for our wonderful little kindergarten and nursery as well as for the sun's SFO.
Haastrup Friskole, Kindergarten and Vuggestue are located in Haastrup, close to Faldsled, Faaborg and the scenic Svanninge hills on southern Funen.
The day care is part of an integrated institution with Haastrup Friskole, which is located right next to the kindergarten and crèche. Here there is a natural, effortless transition between nursery, kindergarten and school and after-school. The children can be followed all the way, from the time they crawl until they leave school as independent young people.
Central to both school and nursery school are the values: Music, nature and movement. As day-to-day manager, you must be able to see yourself in these values ​​and wish to contribute to strengthening and developing how we bring them into play in everyday life.
Who is Haastrup Nursery School?
Haastrup Kindergarten and Nursery School is a small integrated institution, rated for 18 kindergarten children and 14 nursery school children. We have approval for a further 12 children in outdoor kindergarten.
We are gathered in a house and with the opportunity to use the school's nearby premises and outdoor spaces. At the same time, we are very close to scenic areas in and around Haastrup - with opportunities for lots of activities and learning in nature.
We are inextricably linked with the surrounding local environment, where we are the meeting place and focal point for a large part of the local community. Therefore, the daycare and the school are also a natural part of many of the activities that otherwise take place in Haastrup - for example, when there is a folk festival at Stormgården with folk dancing and music at children's level.
Today, the kindergarten and nursery have a dedicated staff consisting of 4-5 pedagogues, 2 pedagogic assistants, a company intern and a nanny. We make the food ourselves from scratch - preferably together with the children - where the children can develop their courage for different food and at the same time gain a better understanding of raw materials and where our food comes from.
There are 90 students in the free school and about 40 enrolled in after-school care. In SFOén, we prioritize giving the children freedom of movement, but at the same time work on being able to organize activities that meet the children's various needs and interests. In SFOén, there are 3 permanent employees and temporary workers.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a manager with an appreciative management style based on values ​​such as collaboration, empathy and trust. A leader who manages to bring the different skills of his staff into play and create an environment that is safe and welcoming for the children, their parents and the staff.
As a leader, you must be present and actively participate in the educational everyday life with children, parents and staff. You will succeed best in the role if you simultaneously work in a structured way and are able to maintain an overview - of shift schedules as well as educational curricula and activities across both nursery, kindergarten and after-school care.
The cooperation between school and kindergarten and nursery is absolutely crucial for our institution - and it is important that you, as day-to-day manager, in your cooperation with the school head, underpin and strengthen this.
In addition, we expect you to:

Has management experience
Is a trained pedagogue
Preferably with experience from a similar independent or private institution.

Other information
The position is a full-time position of 37 weekly hours. Salary according to applicable collective agreement.
