Job description:

Creating the group's marketing strategy and setting marketing goals, plans and their implementation

Development and implementation of marketing strategy, with a focus on CRM

Budgeting: planning expenses for the month, quarter, year.

Planning, proposing and coordinating campaigns, advertising and promotions

Establishes objectives to ensure market share and profitability of the product or service

It creates a good image of the company, its products and services

Presents the company, its products and services to potential clients

Manages teams, maintains good relationship with clients, marketing agencies, authors, artists, performers

He works on marketing research and competitor analysis

Makes recommendations regarding the pricing strategy

Conducts effective controls of marketing results, sales goals 

Prepares, submits and analyzes marketing reports

Requirements for applicants:

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Sense of teamwork and team management

Ability to delegate and motivate other employees

Creativity, innovation, energy and enthusiasm for designing and implementing campaigns

Resourcefulness and willingness to constantly improve and work in a dynamic environment

Min. 3 years of work experience, knowledge of the entertainment industry is an advantage and 
event management

Category B driver's license

Working on a computer

Knowledge of the English language
