Job Description
The RUBIN winery was founded in 1955. Rubin Winery is located in Southeastern Europe, the ideal terrain for growing vines, on the latitude where the world's most famous wineries and winegrowing regions are located, Bordeaux in France and Tuscany in Italy. It is the largest producer of grapes, wine and spirits in its country, with a tradition of over 60 years. It has the largest area of vineyards in the genus - 1,200 hectares and the largest number of wines with protected geographical origin in the country. The advantage of the company is the rounded process of wine production: from its own vineyards, through the Pinter workshop where the barrels are made, to the production of top quality wine.

Job Description:
Creating a sales strategy in order to ensure the maximum volume, market share, profit and monitoring its implementation;
Sales development in the industry channel;
Controlling the work of distributors in domestic sales and sales in the countries of the region;
Creation of annual sales plans, as well as forecasts of sales dynamics on a periodic level;
Planning, monitoring and optimization of all costs;
Defining the budget and monitoring implementation;
Research, analysis and monitoring of financial, technological and demographic factors in order to achieve the maximum effects of the planned strategy;
Control of the signed Contracts as well as compliance of the agreed clauses;
Monitoring of customer status, resolving disputed claims and ensuring minimization of unpaid claims at the level of the entire sector;
Training and development of employees in the sales sector;
Coordination with other services.

Conditions:
VII degree of vocational education;
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in management positions within the sales sector in the FMCG industry;
Computer skills (MS Office);
Knowledge of the English language;
Category B driver's license - active driver.
