Civil Engineer (Project)

DIS ΑΤΕ wishes to hire a Civil Engineer for the position of Site Works Supervisor, with many years of work experience in site supervision & organization, for projects within Attica.
Main responsibilities:
Monitoring and coordination of construction work
Organization and management of construction crews
Resolving the construction issues in each project
Compilation of measurements of the works and the required materials
Supervision of the correct implementation of the works by the subcontractors and workshops, according to the studies and project specifications
Check on accounts – certifications of subcontractors
Monitoring of orders and receipt of materials
Monitoring of work progress, adherence to daily schedule and project schedule
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering AEI or TEI
10 years of experience as an Engineer in large building projects and hotel units
Communication skills and ability to coordinate with the team, customers
Ability to deal with technical issues and challenges
Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design programs
Knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Driver's license
