You can become part of a small team of a total of 4 employees. A property manager, 2 service employees and you. We look after 3 properties on Østerbro: Kanslergården, Øbro95 and Grunwalds Have. As a property manager - together with the property manager - you will have a decisive role in the development of the department and have the opportunity to leave a clear mark on all aspects of the operation in close cooperation with the other employees, the department's board and the residents. Your daily tasks are these: Assist the property manager with operation and maintenance of the housing company's department Planning of painting inspections Planning of move-in and move-out inspections, including supervision and quality control - We use isynResident service - We use itasks Support and supporters in the use of operating systems - UNIK Handling of insurance cases Handling of locking systems - Salto and iloq Operation of the buildings' technical installations incl. Heating plants.
