We are currently offering a permanent position of 32-37 hours per week for a trained pedagogue at the Lions Neurocentre. At Lions Neurocenter, we attach great importance to residents' independence and involvement in their own everyday life. Together with them, we plan a meaningful everyday life where their abilities and resources are at the center. Our approach is based on everyday rehabilitation, Low Arousal and neuropedagogy, and we work closely with occupational therapists and physiotherapists to see the whole person. Our residents have varying degrees of physical, psychological and cognitive impairments, and we work with them and their network to set individual goals for their rehabilitation. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in courses, theme days and supervision to continuously develop your professionalism. We have a strong focus on teamwork, where we follow joint agreements to ensure a structured everyday life for the residents - regardless of which employee helps them. At the same time, we work actively to create a good working environment with a focus on well-being and present management. Your tasks as a pedagogue You, together with the other pedagogues in the department, must help to ensure high quality and documentation. To ensure this happens, we do not compromise on the time it takes.
