Construction Manager Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager for Offshore Projects to join the expanding team of our multinational energy technology partner company. In more than 90 countries, our partner offers solutions to meet the ever-increasing energy demand, taking climate change into account. Construction Lead Manager (For Offshore Projects) Tasks As an on-site project manager, your working day begins in a shipyard or offshore (open sea platform). Together with your team, you plan and organize the daily on-site activities. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, authorities, contractors and partners at the construction site. You work closely with the project management and project team working in the back office. Tasks in which we count on you: You have general responsibility for all on-site work that falls under the responsibility of our partner company. You ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements, regulations and procedures. You support and lead the Zero Harm culture in the workplace. You represent the interests of project management on site to the client, authorities, contractors, partners and consultants. You are responsible for its execution, financial results, schedule and quality results for the tasks within the scope of work of our partner company, using standardized tools. Manage and document deviations (nonconformances) from installation procedures and instructions, specifications, schedules, etc., and manage contractual and claims activities. You provide feedback on experiences and information, update the list of open points. Requirements Willingness to relocate abroad. Extensive experience in shipyard and offshore projects (preferably in the case of high voltage direct current - HVDC - power transmission projects). You are open to working on foreign projects on the high seas. You have at least 5 years of management experience (E/Civil site lead) on offshore platform and shipyard projects; Knowledge of construction/commissioning processes and methodologies. You have proven experience in leading multinational teams in a fast-changing environment, excellent communication and leadership skills. Advanced degree in electrical or civil engineering or other relevant fields.
