Job Description
Our client is a Hungarian-owned construction engineering consulting company with an Anglo-Saxon corporate culture.
Duties:
Carrying out typically large-volume projects independently or in a team
Independent performance of project management and - optionally - technical inspection tasks
Coordination and control of partners' work
Quantitative and technical review of design documentation
Independent management of negotiations with customers, tenants, designers, authorities and contractors
If necessary, participation in preparation tasks
Management of additional and backlog negotiations with designers, contractors, and other partners
Carrying out transfers
Requesting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, comparing and evaluating offers
If necessary, consultation with the requester, designers, subcontractors
Post-calculation preparation, data provision
Performing and coordinating technical due diligence tasks
Carrying out other expert and engineering consultancy tasks
