You make a difference
As a System Consultant at NHC, you will be an important piece in our ServiceDesk/Technical team. Your most important function is to get things done and ensure progress in cases with customers, because it is in the progress of the task that NHC makes a difference for their customers. In the individual cases, it is you who has the ball. You will also become an important backup and sparring partner for your colleagues.
Your professional profile:

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft environments
In-depth knowledge and experience with networks.

Tasks:

Maintenance of Azure, Office365 and local Microsoft environments
Troubleshooting and problem solving in relation to networks.
Handle 2nd and 3rd level incidents, changes and requests both internally and externally
Prepare documentation and reporting.
Support and backup function for NHC's other consultants.
Projects and tasks with our customers.
