Candidate profile Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveyor, Mechanical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering, or similar qualification from TEI or HEI Excellent knowledge of QGIS Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Excellent knowledge of English Language Experience in telecommunication projects will be considered.
