. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful conduct of bidding processes and contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Key Duties:
Management of tenders, including search, registration and submission of tenders.
Coordination of procedures for the drafting, registration and monitoring of contracts.
Archiving and management of documents and supporting documents, ensuring their updating and compliance.
Communication and collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to support tender processes.
Necessary qualifications:
Degree in HEI/TEI (Administration, Finance or related field).
At least 2 years of experience in tender and/or contract management.
Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good command of the English language
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP
