Head Chef - Santorini

Infinity Suites & Dana Villas is looking for a Head Chef for the 2025 season. We are looking for a talented and ambitious professional to lead our kitchen, highlight our culinary identity and provide an unforgettable experience to our guests. Responsibilities: Creating innovative and seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and contemporary culinary trends. Mentoring and training the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and consistency in flavors and presentation. Procurement, inventory and costing management with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Supervision and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). Collaborate with other departments to cover special events and culinary experiences. Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in luxury hotels or haute cuisine restaurants. Degree from a recognized Culinary School. Experience in creating innovative menus and managing a high-end kitchen. Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling skills. Excellent leadership, organizational and team management skills. Knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken). HACCP certification and food safety management skills.
