Tenders and Contracts: Participation in the preparation, evaluation and drafting of tenders for public works. Drafting and validation of contracts for the implementation of public works, certification of compliance with legislation. 3. Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management: Participation in the resolution of disputes arising during the execution of public projects. Legal proceedings management and mediation between the parties involved. 4. Update on Legislative Changes: Informing public authorities about legislative changes that affect the execution of public works.
