HR employee wanted for maternity leave in Randers

On behalf of our client in Randers, we are looking for a skilled HR employee for a temporary maternity position. The position is 25-30 hours per week and is wanted to be filled as soon as possible.
About the position
As an HR employee, you will be part of a professional team, where you will have a central role in the HR processes. We are looking for a committed candidate with solid knowledge of personnel law and collective agreements - preferably with experience from the Industrial Agreement.
Your primary tasks

Preparation of employment contracts for both white-collar workers and hourly employees
Handling terminations, warnings and other staff-related matters
GDPR officer – including management of a larger GDPR project
Follow-up on annual well-being survey and implementation of necessary initiatives

Ad hoc tasks within HR
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

Experience with personnel law, including knowledge of collective agreements
Good communication skills and a structured approach to work
Strong analytical skills, particularly within GDPR
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
