Purchasing student for Selektro.

Content of the position: At Selektro, we have several departments which means that you will get to know different areas within this industry. Initially, you will be trained in most functions relating to purchasing, storage, goods receipt and will receive an introduction to our production. In the long term, your tasks will be:
The purchasing department:
o   Handling order confirmations.
o   Scheduling with responsibility for own suppliers.
o   ABC analyzes and work with supplier consolidation.
o   Supplier agreements and price negotiation in collaboration with the department's other employees.
o   Supplier evaluations and continuous follow-up of supplier performance.
o   Follow up on deliveries and sourcing alternatives.
o   Updating disposition parameters.
Inventory management:
o   Assessment of inventory status of selected items.
o   Follow-up on component shortages for productions.
Planning:
o   Follow-up on shortage lists / collaboration with production manager on production planning.
o   Completion and post-calculation of productions.
Your professional qualifications: You are IT savvy and want to master our ERP system NAV 2017 as well as the Office package. You are quality-conscious and take your work seriously. Your Personal qualifications: You want to learn new things and approach tasks with enthusiasm. You are stable in meetings and can maintain an overview. You contribute with a good mood and positivity.
