Production engineer - Acatari location, Mures county

Responsibilities:​​• Planning and organizing the production process to maximize efficiency, minimize the amount of waste and meet delivery deadlines;• Permanent monitoring of the necessary resources (materials, machines, personnel) and ensuring their availability;• Optimizing the production flow, analyzing and improving processes to reduce costs and increase productivity;• Supervising and adjusting production parameters and other critical variables to ensure product quality;• Controlling products at each stage to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications;• Testing final products and ensuring they comply with safety and the specific standards;• Preparation of documentation specific to the production process, including technical data sheets, for product traceability;• Collaboration with the quality control department to ensure compliance with international standards;• Training of production personnel on the correct use of equipment and the acquisition of safety procedures;• Monitoring compliance with the rules of health and safety at work to ensure a safe working environment and to prevent occupational accidents;• Collaborating with research and development departments to adapt production lines to new specifications or technological innovations;• Reporting production performance and operational issues;• Implementing improvement methods continuously to identify and eliminate production losses;• Analysis of operational data to improve processes, reduce manufacturing times and increase productivity;• Propose and implement new technologies and automated solutions that can improve quality and production flow; Benefits: Individual work contract concluded for an indefinite period, trial period 3 months; NET salary 2000 euros/month; Subscription to medical services; In case of relocation, accommodation and rent payment for a house provided by the company is provided; Payment of tuition fees for the acquisition of new skills necessary for the performance of tasks; Personal upgrade, development and opening of new professional perspectives;
