Production Engineer

General objective: Coordination of the people in the shift, ensuring the planning, organization and control of the activities so that they are within the parameters related to the costs, the efficiency of the lines, the losses, the safety of the staff, the productivity, the quality, the safety of the food and the protection of the final consumer.
