Inglobe, on behalf of a hotel in Elounda, Crete, is looking for the staffing of its kitchen: 2nd & 3rd Cooks Responsibilities: Taking care of raw materials Checking the products for their quality Informing the Head Chef about shortages in raw materials Adhering to all hygiene & safety rules in the kitchen areas Carrying out the instructions from the Head Chef of the restaurant Cooperating with all members of the kitchen Carrying out the of preparations according to the way indicated by the Head Chef Keeping the area clean Necessary Qualifications: Knowledge of hot and cold cuisine at least 2 seasons experience in hotels Benefits: Salary: depending on qualifications and seniority 6 days / 8 hours of work Insurance Accommodation Food Jobfind
