ERP key role with responsibility for system operation and support 
As an IT consultant at HARCO, you will have a broad and responsible role, where you will have a key function in the company's digital infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system so that it supports the business processes as best as possible. You will be the driving force behind the company's application landscape, where you handle and develop several central systems and ensure that they function efficiently and integrated with the rest of the IT environment.  
You will have a central role in ensuring that data flows correctly and without interruption between the company's various systems, especially in relation to payroll administration and project management. This involves ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the integrations to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data transfer. In addition, you will ensure that all system updates and changes are implemented correctly. Your work will be crucial to creating a seamless and automated data management that minimizes manual processes and ensures that information is always accurate and up-to-date across the platforms. 
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's IT systems always reflect the latest HSEQ requirements. This entails continuous monitoring and updating of the systems, so that the company complies with applicable standards and guidelines at all times. Your efforts will be decisive in creating a secure, efficient and compliant IT infrastructure that ensures a high standard for working environment, safety and quality. 
Experience with ERP and good communication skills  
The role of IT consultant at HARCO requires solid and documented experience with implementation, operation and optimization of ERP systems, preferably with specific insight into Dynamics 365 Business Central. You have a deep technical understanding of how ERP systems are integrated with other IT solutions and how they best support the company's business processes. 
To be successful in the role, it is important that you have a strong knowledge of hardware and IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases and cloud solutions. As a large part of the job involves support, it is also crucial that you have strong communication skills. You must be able to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable way, so that both IT-savvy and non-technical employees can use the systems effectively. You must also be good at collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure that the IT solutions support both daily work processes and the company's overall strategy.
