This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in the architecture field.Position Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and development of architectural projectsCreate detailed drawings and 3D modelsCollaborate with Senior Architects and Project ManagersParticipate in client meetings and presentationsContribute to the development of innovative design solutionsEnsures that the design review submittals and project’s requirements, are following the deadlines by the contract/clientMonitoring compliance against the approval requirements, including regulatory authorities and Project Specifications.Liaising with Project’s design sub-consultants, Client’s Architect, Contractor’s Architects, and construction Site Team about the feasibility of potential projects.Prepares engineering reports, weekly / Monthly Reports, cost estimates and Claims evaluation and assessment.Playing a part in project and PMC team smooth operation.Based to sites, proposed locations and attend client/ contractor meetingsQualificationsBSc in Architecture, from a reputable University.Minimum of 2 years’ post Bsc qualification experience, with primary responsibility in ArchitectureExpert User in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, etc.Familiarize in BIM "environment"Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Greek and English language (Excellent), both written and spokenExperienced user of MS Office.
