Junior Brand Manager

The Junior Brand Manager is responsible for the development, positioning and management of the company's brand, ensuring its continuous growth and recognition in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand strategy development - creation and implementation of strategies to strengthen the brand's position on the market, while respecting market trends, competition and consumer needs.

Market and consumer analysis - conducting detailed analyzes of the market, competitive environment and consumer behavior in order to identify opportunities for brand improvement and adaptation to the needs of the target audience.

Introduction of novelties and innovations - actively monitoring trends and predicting future developments in the industry in order to design and implement innovative products or services that will meet future market needs.

Proactivity and initiative - constant proactive evaluation of market movements and trends, design of campaigns that will position the brand as a leader in the industry, proposing novelties that have the potential to become current.

Campaign management - planning, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns in order to increase visibility and brand loyalty, with effective management of budget and resources.

Cooperation with internal and external teams - coordination with sales teams, teams in perfumeries, marketing and other org. parts of the company, to ensure that communication is consistent and that all channels convey a unique brand message.

Monitoring of KPIs - measuring the success of the brand strategy through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as market share, consumer loyalty and sales, and making timely adjustments based on the results of the analysis.
