Job Description
Mr. Fish Sushi in Ribe is looking for a chef for our new restaurant Peking House in Ribe, Denmark.
The restaurant will open in the middle of May 2025, and the menu will be a buffet, mainly with oriental dishes.
The position is wanted to be filled as soon as possible.
The job will consist of preparing the food for our large buffet together with the head chef and the other kitchen staff.
At the same time, you must help ensure the quality of the food, carry out self-inspection and hygiene control.
We expect you to be a trained chef, energetic, team player, meeting stable, hygienic and able to keep a cool head during busy periods.
You are also welcome to add new dishes to our menu in agreement with the management.
