JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintaining good relations with existing and establishing cooperation with new customers

Monitoring the implementation of sales plans, implementation of contracts with customers for which he is responsible

Once a month, he submits a report on the work in the field, the turnover of his customers and analyzes them with the Head of the sector

Presentation of the sales program and the possibility of its application, expansion of cooperation with old and new customers

Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities

Monitoring of debt balance, credit limit and responsibility for collection of receivables from customers

Timely response in the case when the customer does not pay his bills, when he is threatened or is in the process of bankruptcy and liquidation

If necessary and at the request of the financial service, he organizes and provides assistance in reconciling accounts, IOS, etc. with the customers for whom he is responsible.

Continuous monitoring of relevant information on announced bankruptcies, liquidations and restructuring of business partners and informing the sales director

Proposals for payment of customers and submission of necessary documentation for payment

Creation of offers, negotiation with customers, monitoring of created offers

Creation of pro-invoices, advance invoices, delivery notes and invoices for goods and services offered and contracted with customers.  He is responsible for the preparation of the same, timely recording of all activities with customers and completion of documentation.

Keeping records of customers who have deferred payment on concluded contracts and payment guarantees according to the DT policy. Correct and up-to-date recording of documentation on the same.

Continuous monitoring of tenders and preparation of tender documentation

Implementation of legal and internal regulations and procedures related to safety and health at the workplace, PPZ, ecology, standards,

Supervision over compliance with work discipline and prescribed processes and rules of work and business of the company

At the behest of the Head of VP/MP and the Director of Commercial, he also performs other related tasks, within his knowledge, working ability and professional qualifications.

General conditions:

Minimum IV degree of vocational education

Three years of work experience in the same or similar jobs

Mandatory computer skills, MS office

Category B driver's license

English language, preferably
