As head of department, you are responsible for a skilled group of employees who operate and develop the properties in Jeudan's portfolio every day. We have a strong customer culture with a high level of service, where customers know that we are always ready to help. AMBITIOUS OPERATION OF ATTRACTIVE RENTAL PROPERTIES
As head of department, you support, motivate and engage your employees. In addition, you optimize property portfolios and simplify processes, while at the same time keeping a sharp eye on where we can strengthen commercial cooperation with customers and offer extra services. All to ensure that we always have a solid customer focus. You will be part of the Customers & Properties department, which consists of 45 skilled employees, including customer managers and customer coordinators, 12 of whom will refer you. The department also has three other department heads, with whom you will work closely.
PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND WORK:

Support, motivate and develop employees, and ensure strong collaboration within the department and across Jeudan
Ongoing 1:1 and feedback conversations with your employees
Follow up on well-being measurements among employees and across the entire department in collaboration with other department heads and the management
Engage and drive the team to act with a commercial, developing and proactive mindset
Ensure progress on vacant leases, offered leases and ongoing negotiations in the department, including an overview in PowerBI and SuO
Optimize property portfolios, simplify processes and spot new commercial opportunities
Follow-up on KPIs, objectives and customer satisfaction (NPS)
Support and ensure that the team succeeds in following up on arrears and maintenance reports
Customer visits with customer managers as required

WHO ARE YOU?
As a leader, you are present, accessible and good at learning from you. You are goal-oriented and results-oriented, and you are motivated by seeing your employees achieve success. You are passionate about creating well-being, development and commitment among your employees, and you can create a safe space for collaboration and sparring.
We therefore want you to have a good amount of management experience and a strong knowledge of the industry. Perhaps you have worked in a similar position? In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with numbers and budgets.
As a person, you are inspiring, ready for change, courageous and ambitious. You have an eye for good customer service and think commercially. It is essential that you have strong collaboration and communication skills. You must use them, as your customers are both external and internal to the organisation.  
It is also necessary that you have a driving licence.
BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC FRAMES
Your new workplace is located in Bredgade 30-34 in København K, close to Marmorkirkens Metrostation. Jeudan's head office consists of three classic properties, which have been merged into one property in a playful and often labyrinth-like interior, where details and historical characteristics trickle forth. Around 300 employees work here, while the remaining almost 400 work outside the city on Jeudan's many construction sites or as service employees for our customers.
