We believe that our employees thrive best when they have a good balance between work and free time. Therefore, we are also open to meeting your wishes for the weekly working hours.

You will work closely with the office manager in Esbjerg, who is also a land surveyor, regarding the development and direction of the office. It is therefore important to us that you have a natural interest and desire to pursue the potential and opportunities in the market with the Geopartner team behind you.
We work closely together across professional groups, and exchange experiences and problems with the other professional groups in the other offices, so that there is always a colleague you can spar with professionally. You will also be part of a larger team of land surveyors, including both experienced and newly trained, who work from our offices around Denmark.
Your daily life will, among other things, contain:

Project management of larger and smaller projects that include contributes to the green transition.
Tasks that can contribute to the development of the office's market position in the area.
Classic land surveyor tasks within e.g. the cadastral field and property law.
Close collaboration with colleagues across the country.

You will be part of a trust-based organization with a short path to decisions, where you will be responsible for your own projects from start to finish. You have a lot of freedom to plan your everyday life yourself, taking into account your and the office's tasks.
Who are you?
You are a trained land surveyor, and preferably with a good amount of experience and possibly designation. We emphasize that you have the desire and ability to contribute to growth in order to strengthen Geopartner's market position in the area.
As a person, you find it easy to collaborate and create relationships, as in the job you will be in daily contact with both colleagues, customers and business partners. In addition, you are professionally curious, happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues and contribute to the collegiate community.
We expect you to:

has a natural interest in development and sales within the field
is ambitious and committed to both the profession and your colleagues
has an interest in matriculation and the green transition
work in a structured and independent manner with your projects
is quality conscious and has good communication skills

What more can we offer you?

In addition, we offer:

An informal working environment where we help each other and have a good time together
Professional development through peer training and our Academy
Great freedom to plan your working day taking into account the daily work tasks
Good social events and an active staff association

This is how the country is with us - and we would like to have you with us
