Payroll accountant / controller
Are you looking for a role where you can apply your experience in payroll processing and where you master precision and responsibility? Then it might just be you that we are looking for. Since our current bookkeeper has been assigned other tasks in the company, we are looking for a new competent employee here at RIIS.
You will be part of a team of 5 in a well-functioning finance department. The position is basically 37 hours, with the possibility of part-time. 
In this position, you will play a central role in handling the company's financial processes. You are responsible for complying with the legislative requirements and standards within accounting and payroll administration. In order to succeed in the task, you will work closely with the other teams across the organization and contribute to supporting and optimizing the processes. We use Visma Time and Acubiz travel settlement.
Your work tasks;

Responsible for salary payments, both in Denmark, but also to our employees in Germany and France (We collaborate with payroll agencies in the foreign companies).
Bookkeeping and reconciliation of salaries in Danish and foreign companies
Handling of travel settlement
Overview of time registration
Participate in the daily tasks in the finance department

Your qualifications;
We imagine that you have a relevant education with interest and strong skills in salary administration, and you are keen to ensure accurate and timely salary payment. Your good collaboration skills enable you to communicate clearly and clearly, while you know how to prioritize your tasks effectively in order to meet the necessary deadlines.
 We expect you to;

have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience with accounting 
has solid experience with payroll management
is a good team player
is energetic, purposeful and structured
is a daily user of Excel
has a flair for systems
fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. Our group language is English
