Logistics & Operations Coordinator
for the staffing of the new store in Heraklion, Crete.
📌 Location: Heraklion, Crete (near Airport)
📍 Working model: For life
🖋️ You will report to: Market Operations Manager
What you will need to do:
Ensure an efficient order management process, aiming to optimize cost of goods sold and availability
Manage the inflow and outflow of products, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and timely receipt and delivery
Supervision and continuous improvement of operating expenses, KPI's and all P&L elements related to your area of responsibility
Team management and development, creating a dedicated and efficient team capable of achieving the company's goals
Compliance with all corporate, legal and health regulations in each area of responsibility
What are we looking for?
:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
2-3 years of experience, preferably in retail
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems
Very good written and spoken English
Analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Communication skills, customer-centric approach, problem solving and willingness to take initiative
