Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced office and technical personnel who play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious objectives and enhancing our ability to better serve our clientele. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a
Logistics Operator.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Logistics Team, the new team member will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating customer orders in line with established procedures, specific instructions, regulations, and customer specifications.
Ensuring the prompt dispatch and delivery of goods to customers' vessel agents.
Proactively following up on customer quotations and providing feedback to supervisors.
Collaborating with the sales, technical, and accounting departments to ensure seamless workflow as required.
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of proven working experience in the shipping and/or logistics sectors.
Proficiency in technology and fluency in English. (Experience with SoftOne ERP is advantageous.)
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A commitment to work and customer satisfaction.
Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
