Your Responsibilities Perform tasks in accordance with the official quality specifications of the work and operating procedures Work and preparations in all kitchen stations (cold and hot kitchen or desserts respectively) Ensures that the products he prepares are prepared based on the recipes given to him (taste, appearance, quantity). Takes care of the hygienic maintenance of food and materials, compiles the daily waste list (products out of specification, damaged products, expired products). Checks the supply of raw materials and informs the kitchen manager of any shortages. Cleanliness of post and equipment Works with professionalism and consistency, always maintaining the smooth operation of his post. He is friendly and cooperative with his restaurant / kitchen colleagues. Your profile At least 3-5 years of experience in catering establishments and a similar position (necessary) Ability to communicate in Greek and English Necessary supporting documents for working in health establishments (clean criminal record and health certificate) Certificate of EFET training in hygiene and food safety will be positively considered.
