Job Description
Overview TITAN Greece offers an excellent opportunity for the position of Maintenance Supervisor at the Heraklion Distribution Center in Crete. This position focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, compliance with health and safety standards, reporting, and managing external collaborators, in alignment with the company’s policies and standards. Responsibilities Supervises the operation of the facilities, ensuring that mechanical and backup equipment remains in excellent condition and readiness. Ensures the efficient procurement of materials and spare parts, seeking the best economic solutions through tenders. Designs and implements maintenance and repair programs, guiding the team and monitoring progress to improve functionality and equipment safety. Conducts regular inspections of mechanical equipment, ensuring proper operation through physical and technical supervision. Coordinates the team through meetings, organizing preventive checks and maintenance while ensuring quick resolution of any failures. Ensures that internal and external collaborators adhere to quality standards in equipment improvements and modifications. Maintains and updates daily records of inspections, repairs, and performance indicators, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Applies and promotes health and safety measures, contributing to a safe working environment. Prioritizes tasks based on schedules and delegates responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations. Coordinates and oversees the work of external collaborators, ensuring effectiveness and quality. Participates in health, safety, and environmental protection training seminars and trains the team to adhere to required procedures and protocols. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic School or Technical Educational Institution (TEI). At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, construction, or site environment. Knowledge and application of preventive maintenance practices for machinery and equipment. Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a focus on problem-solving and achieving goals. Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with internal and external collaborators. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt and learn quickly. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
