The position is suitable for both candidates from the South Bohemian Region and the Highlands._x000D_
What is it all about?_x000D_
You will be in charge of the external storage and internal logistics department. Your task will be to motivate the team and move it forward._x000D_
Make sure suppliers and customers are happy and everything runs like clockwork._x000D_
Along with production planning, you will be looking for how to set up processes efficiently and smoothly._x000D_
You will be in daily contact with colleagues from purchasing, sales, controlling or quality. Together, you will coordinate not only logistics, but also other key processes._x000D_
You will implement and maintain lean principles._x000D_
Who are we looking for?_x000D_
Experience in the field of logistics in a manufacturing company._x000D_
The ability to lead a team and at the same time pull together with colleagues from other departments._x000D_
Analytical thinking, organizational skills and orientation to the result._x000D_
I like to come up with ideas on how to do things better - the lean approach is a big plus for us!_x000D_
English at a more advanced level - external and internal communication_x000D_
