SALES AREA MANAGER

Job description The main responsibilities assigned to this role are: Identifying the distributors of construction materials in the assigned area and carrying out the steps for the sale of CEMACON products: prospecting, market visits, leads, etc.; Manages commercial relations with existing distributors, constantly having an overview of the development of contracts distribution, orders placed, payments made, custody, the possibility of placing new orders, etc.; Ensuring a good representation of CEMACON products in the distributors' warehouses and the corresponding information of the distributors' representatives regarding the competitive advantages of the products; Regular collection of relevant information from the market in the assigned area: actions of the relevant distributors and the competition, actions of the market, etc.; Involvement active in CEMACON promotion projects by supporting presentations of CEMACON products; Identifying people with a decision-making role in the purchase of construction materials (architects, designers, developers, builders), promoting CEMACON solutions and supporting sales in this direction through distributors.
