Mechanical Technician AMC (machinist)

Responsibilities:• Maintains, adjusts and improves the technical conditions of production equipment, respecting production, quality and occupational health and safety requirements.• Performs mechanical maintenance (preventive/ planned/ overhaul of sub-assemblies) according to procedures, to ensure the availability of production equipment.• Recommend the purchase of spare parts to ensure their availability, with a minimum inventory.• Participate in the installation and modification of production equipment to ensure the availability of equipment on time.• Maintain updated, documentation technical, to ensure the correctness of the information; prepares and updates, whenever necessary, the list of standard adjustments and the list of machine/process troubleshooting, informing all people involved.• Cooperates with team members and other colleagues in the production or support departments.• Ensures maintenance tools are kept in good condition by use. Standardizes machine adjustments, using the appropriate spare parts.• Uses the SAP module to identify the availability of spare parts in the warehouse.• Ensures full compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies and procedures and achieves objectives set during the annual professional review process.
