MANAGER OF BAKERY PRODUCTION

Job Description:

Manages the operation of the plant and controls all tasks performed in the production process

Issues work assignments to shift managers and plant employees

Organizes the production process while respecting the given plans and parameters

It proposes a monthly and weekly production plan

Based on the plan, he opens work orders for the production of products

Monitors and controls that the processes are in accordance with the HACCP protocol 

Organizes control of delivery of finished products and receipt of goods

Controls and organizes logistics and transportation of finished products

Checks compliance of necessary documents for production

He is directly responsible for the organization of qualitative and quantitative reception of materials

Conditions to be met by the candidate:

Required experience in managing plant operations and production teams 

Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures

Ability to organize and control the qualitative and quantitative reception of materials

Experience in the organization of control of delivery of finished products and receipt of goods

Ability to open work orders and issue work assignments

Knowledge of documentation required for production
