Our partner is a leading food industry player in the region, which is significantly expanding its production capacity. We are looking for support in the quality management area
Quality assurance engineer
colleague to further ensure a high level of food hygiene.
The main duties of the job:
Coordinates and develops activities related to industrial and personal hygiene.
By applying IFS, BRC standards and knowledge of HACCP, maintains and improves the industrial hygiene conditions and the efficiency of cleaning activities
Organizes and supervises cleaning processes, the performance of employees and subcontractors and the quality of their work
Coordinates HACCP hygiene-related activities, including pest control, personal hygiene, training, regulations and validation, environmental hygiene monitoring, GMP/GHP site and plant inspections, in compliance with food safety requirements
Coordinates, documents, measures and develops the work of his group's employees and service contractors and regularly reports their performance
Supervises the environmental hygiene and personal hygiene monitoring system, recommends and implements corrections in case of deviations or non-conformities
Coordinates the operation of the cleaning technology machine park, organizes its maintenance and development
Coordinates the procurement of chemicals and tools and auxiliary materials for the cleaning team, and the management of their stocks
It supports non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis
Actively participates in certification, internal and customer audits
Expectations:
Higher education (food engineer or chemist)

quality assurance experience
Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken
Confident knowledge of MS Office.
