We are looking for a new colleague to join our eight-member team for the position of Sales Clerk. Our new reinforcement will participate with us in effective communication with our clients all over the world, to whom we supply our cosmetic products._x000D_

What will be your full time job:_x000D_
effective communication with the customer and across the plant regarding customer orders, FCT and delivery dates_x000D_
support in ensuring timely delivery of goods to the customer_x000D_
confirmation and communication of changes to the customer that were modified in the original order (e.g. change of the requested delivery date, change of the quantity in the order, etc.)_x000D_
regular check of customer orders_x000D_
actively participate in identifying ways to improve the ordering process and customer service_x000D_
reporting_x000D_
What knowledge and skill should you have:_x000D_
min. SÅ  and education of the economic direction_x000D_
knowledge knowledge of AJ (min. B1), fluent communication skills (B2 and higher) will be necessary if there is an opportunity for career growth that you will want to use_x000D_
very good knowledge of MS Office, esp. excel_x000D_
very good communication skills and teamwork_x000D_
experience with a customer-oriented position_x000D_
