In order to expand our work, we are looking for a new team member in the position:
Technical support operator

CONDITIONS:

Secondary or higher education (technical or IT major)

Experience in technical support or similar work preferred

Good computer skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office – Excel and Word)

Ability to use the English language in writing

Developed communication skills and patience in working with users

Systematic, organized and ability to solve technical problems

Willingness to work in a team and improve personal knowledge

Providing technical support to users of our systems

Providing technical support to our field technicians

Identification and resolution of technical problems in the operation of GPS equipment and software solutions

Communication with clients via phone and ticketing system

Record keeping

Cooperation with the technical team and other sectors of the company
