Operator of semi-automatic and automatic machines

Job Responsibilities: Comply with all safety requirements and company policies; Ensure continuous and efficient operation of equipment, designated machines to achieve production goals in safe working conditions; Participate in all assigned activities: start/stop/continuous operation, routine quality checks, process, production/preventive maintenance of equipment or processes; Performs equipment and machine adjustments in accordance with specifications, work instructions, according to specific production procedures; Loads and unloads parts dedicated to assigned machine/equipment; Visually inspects and makes determinations of quality to validate the product/process according to the quality requirements and specifications, applying the applicable production procedures; Apply the necessary corrective measures to ensure the quality level of the product/process; Keep the production equipment and the work area clean and tidy, sort the waste according to the procedures; Actively participate in team meetings, communicate all useful information to colleagues for the good running production processes; Records and updates documentation related to production and quality, completes forms/reports in the dedicated software; Is responsible for the management of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, handling and correct use of raw materials according to specifications and procedures; Effectively reports any problem encountered in production; Good verification operation of safety protection systems: barriers, sensors, fences, etc. In the event of a failure in the operation of the protection systems; before starting the shift, the operator starts and checks the equipment for: equipment safety, performance, compliance with technological parameters and quality requirements; Uses lifting devices, if necessary, at the workplace; Participates in the implementation And the maintenance of the "5S" system and the LEAN activities of the department; he fulfills individual official tasks of his direct manager if they do not conflict with the provisions of his job description and safety rules.
