Required Qualifications:
Tourism school degree
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
Experience in Greek cuisine.
Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
Pleasant personality and team spirit at work.
Ability to comply with Company standards.
Adaptability and efficiency under pressure.
Spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
Duties:
Preparation of raw materials and production process according to the instructions of the Head Chef.
Dedication to the execution of his duties within the requested time frames.
Compliance with HACCP hygiene rules.
Impeccable behavior towards his colleagues.
