· ensuring the offer of subcontractors. technical checks of subcontractors' offers and personal negotiations_x000D_
· preparation of variant offers (technical and price)_x000D_
· dealing with diverse investors on interesting construction projects_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
· SŠ/VŠ education of construction direction_x000D_
· necessary orientation in technical documentation_x000D_
· knowledge of working on a PC (at least in the range of MS Office)_x000D_
· reliability_x000D_

· Knowledge of AutoCad_x000D_
Knowledge of the KROS program (budgets)_x000D_
· knowledge of German or English_x000D_
